Brown Topsoil is soil that is taken directly from the top of the earth.  The soil is piled and allowed to aerate.  When you place an order for Brown Topsoil, the soil is placed into a shredder which screens and pulverizes the soil.  The resulting product is called Lawn & Garden Brown Topsoil.

Recommended Uses:
                Raising grade around house or home.
                Topdressing.
                Preparation of lawn for seed or sod.
 
 


 

Blended Topsoil is a mixture of brown topsoil and black soil (black organic peat moss from bottom of low land).  This product is also screened and  pulverized..

Recommended Uses:
                Planting bed for flowers.
                Topdressing garden.
                Planting base for shrubs and trees.
 
 


 

Field Run is the soil that is taken from the pile of soil that is aerating.  It is NOT screened or pulverized.  When you place an order for field run, it is loaded directly into the truck and delivered to your location.  This soil may have natural by-products within the load.

Recommended Uses:
                Raising grade of yard more than 6 inches.
 
 
 

Pebble Fill (rough dirt) is the by-product that is produced from screening and pulverizing dirt for topsoil.  This product may contain stones, twigs, leaves, grass and other such material that falls from the screener.  This product should not be used for seeding.

Recommended Uses:
                Filling large holes, deep areas & swimming pool holes.
 
 


 

1/2 inch Stone Chips - Good for Drainage.

3/4 inch Stone Chips - Good for Drainage.

1 inch Stone Chips - Good for Drainage.

#1 Washed Stone - Good for Drainage.

Pea Gravel - Good for Drainage.

3/8 inch TB (Traffic Bond)  - Used as bed under brick or stone sidewalks.  Compacts good. Used for shorter driveways.

3/4 inch TB (Traffic Bond)  - Used to re-dress a driveway.  Good for longer driveways.
 
 


 

Torpedo Sand - Rough sand.  Can be used as a garden mix.  Should not be used as a base for a swimming pool as it will cut up the liner.

Mason Sand - Washed fine sand.  Must be used for swimming pools.  Recommended for sand/play boxes.
